It’s Friday night, and time for some cocktails! A few weeks ago I posted a link with 102 Cocktails with Vanilla Extract. I, um, tested a few on New Years Eve, 
and tonight I’m sharing my two favorites (so far)! They are very good, and easy to make!
Vanilla Chocolate Dream (This was originally called something else, but I adapted it enough that I renamed it)
- 4.5 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- 1.5 oz Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
- 2 tsp Mexican Vanilla Extract
- Spiral some chocolate syrup around your glass
- Combine with ice in a shaker
- Serve in a chocolate-lined cocktail glass
Milky Way Galaxy
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Amaretto Almond Liqueur
- 1 tsp Mexican Vanilla Extract
- A few shakes of cinnamon
- Combine with ice in a shaker
- Serve in a cocktail glass
Yum! Incidentally, my 5 year old asked me to make him a “special drink” too, so I made him a Milky Way Galaxy without the Amaretto, which pretty much makes it a cold version of our Hot Vanilla, so if you wanted to make it virgin, you could do it that way. It was good this way, too!
